At AuralisAttire, every item is made especially for you once your order is placed. This made-to-order process helps reduce waste and allows us to offer unique, high-quality apparel.

Because each product is created just for you, please review our return policy below.

Returns & Exchanges

As all of our products are custom made on demand, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Ordering the wrong size
  • Selecting the wrong color
  • Changing your mind after placing an order
  • Accidental or incorrect shipping information provided at checkout

To help you choose the perfect fit, we recommend reviewing our size guide carefully before placing your order.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Your satisfaction is important to us.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, we'll gladly make it right.

Please contact us within 30 days of delivery and include:

  • Your order number
  • A brief description of the issue
  • Clear photos showing the problem

Once your request has been reviewed, we'll arrange either:

  • A free replacement, or
  • A full refund, when appropriate.

In most cases, you won't need to return the damaged item.

Order Issues

If your order is lost, arrives with a manufacturing defect, or has another production-related issue, please reach out to our support team as soon as possible. We'll work quickly to resolve the problem.

For issues affecting multiple items with the same design, we may ask for one photo or video showing all affected products together to help us process your request faster.

Delivery Issues

If a package cannot be delivered because of an incorrect address provided at checkout or because it was unclaimed, a replacement order may require an additional shipping and production fee.

Please double-check your shipping information before completing your purchase.

Print Placement

Each product is individually printed. Slight variations in print placement (up to approximately 0.5 inches) are considered a normal part of the printing process and are not treated as manufacturing defects.
